• Coaching Philosophy: I have a strengths based approach to coaching. Working to understand the skater as an individual to best motivate and inspire them, maximizing their strengths while working through challenges. There is much to be learned from skating outside of the sport itself; my objective is that the skaters leave the rink feeling good about themselves and gaining valuable skills to increase their well-being while working toward their skating goals.

Coaching rate: $15 per 15 minutes
