Every two years, KWSC runs a spectacular public ice show featuring skaters from CanSkate, Adaptive CanSkate, CanPowerSkate, Adult STARSkate, STARSkate and Competitive programs. The KWSC Ice Show is a great opportunity for skaters to perform under the big lights with friends from all skating disciplines and a special guest! Don’t miss out! ✨ Lights, Camera, Skating: A Cinematic Journey ✨
We are thrilled to announce the theme for the 2025 KWSC Ice Show—Lights, Camera, Skating: A Cinematic Journey! This year's production will be led by none other than Jeffrey Buttle, Olympic Bronze Medalist, World Champion, and 3-Time Canadian Champion.

Jeffrey brings a wealth of expertise, with a decade of choreography for Stars on Ice and 15 years as a performer on the tour. His vision promises an unforgettable showcase of talent and artistry, blending the magic of film with the elegance of skating.
Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 29th, 2025, with two spectacular shows—a matinee and an evening performance.
INFORMATION FOR SKATERS
Participation in the Ice Show requires full commitment to the following schedule:
Rehearsals: March 17–27 (various weekdays after 3:00 PM and weekends at RIM Park, schedule TBC)
Dress Rehearsal: March 28 (3pm onwards into the evening at Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex)
Ice Show Performances: March 29 (ALL DAY, with shows at 1:30 PM and 7:00 PM at Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex)
Failure to attend these mandatory dates may result in removal from the show.
