- Coaching Philosophy: I believe that fostering an enjoyable and fun learning environment is crucial for athletes as they practice and develop their skills in skating. As a coach, it is my responsibility to create this positive atmosphere, ensuring that every athlete is engaged and excited about their growth. It’s also essential to recognize and support each athlete's unique learning style. Everyone learns differently. As a coach, my role is to observe how each individual athlete learns best and tailor my approach to help them succeed.
