All tests will be held in the Carolyn Fedy Skating Centre. MAP
Test Forms
Your coach will provide a test envelope if he or she believes you are ready to attempt a test. Test applications are due 2 weeks prior to the scheduled test day. Late applications and incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Test applications must be completed in full. Incomplete test envelopes will not be accetped. The KWSC club number is 1000369. If you do not know your Skate Canada number, you can contact your coach or the office. Test envelopes must be signed by your coach and payment must be included in the envelope (cash or cheque payable to KWSC).
