Skating is the most fundamental skill required to play hockey or ringette, but often it is the least-practiced skill in young athletes. Stick handling, shooting, checking and even goaltending, while all different skills, have one thing in common...SKATING!

Serving the Region of Waterloo, our Twin City Hockey Skating School (TCHSS) offers action-packed, high energy power skating lessons geared to hockey and ringette players that focus on balance, power, agility, speed and endurance. We offer training year-round so players can make full use of their newly acquired power skating skills at any time. Sessions consist of a warm-up, full ice technical drills, and balance/agility drills.
