Skating is the most fundamental skill required to play hockey or ringette, but often it is the least-practiced skill in young athletes. Stick handling, shooting, checking and even goaltending, while all different skills, have one thing in common--SKATING!

Serving the Region of Waterloo, our Twin City Hockey Skating School (TCHSS) offers action-packed, high energy power skating lessons geared to hockey and ringette players that focus on balance, power, agility, speed and endurance. We offer training year-round so players can make full use of their newly acquired power skating skills at any time. Sessions consist of a warm-up, full ice technical drills, and balance/agility drills.
