Red Level Update - November 21st

Hello Skaters and KWSC Families,

As we announced yesterday, the Red Level in Waterloo Region will come into effect at 12:01 am on Monday, November 23rd.  As such, we will be changing our skating schedule and program offerings for the remainder of the skating season.

Earlier today we contacted each member of the club outlining the changes to KWSC programs. So far, only group sessions are affected, the major changes and cancellations are as follows:

- Cancelled for the remaining sessions

- Cancelled for the remaining sessions

- Cancelled for the remaining sessions

*We will also be offering private lessons for figure skating and power skating.

Within the restrictions we are currently working with both with ice availability and skater numbers, we will do our best to create a schedule to accommodate as many skaters as possible in the programs that will be able to continue. We appreciate your continued support and patience as we work through the new schedule process.

For programs that are being cancelled, we will be following the KWSC Cancellation Policy and will be adding credits to your account. Those credits will be calculated based on your remaining sessions. You can review our Refund Policy in full here.

Please ensure that your account with us has the most recent contact email and phone number. As well, please check that you receive member information by logging into your account selecting my account and then communication preferences and check box member information messages. Please also ensure emails are not landing in your Junk Mail.

We will continue to do all we can to keep our skaters (and their families) safe, and on the ice, and we appreciate your continued support during this time.
