This award was established to acknowledge a long-term commitment to the club in management and organization or visionary leadership. The recipient is a member in good standing of the Kitchener-Waterloo Skating Club who exhibits fair mindedness in decisions, has provided strategic direction and served in guiding and building the organization.

Nominations will be reviewed and the recipient selected by the KWSC Awards Committee.
