SENIORS STRETCH & TONE
10 week sessions
Mondays 10:00 – 11:00 am Starting January 23rd
Wednesdays 10:00 – 11:00 am Starting January 25th
Cost: 1 x week $90.00
Cost: 2 x week $160.00
The Athletic Centre Members – included in membership
Classes are held in our Pilates Studio and taught by a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Pilates Instructor with experience working with Seniors and focused on assisting participants in improving their balance, posture and circulation and increasing their flexibility and strength.

YOUNG ATHLETE CONDITIONING CLASSES (co-ed ages 12 - 19)
10 week Sessions
Mondays 6:30 – 7:30 pm Starting January 2nd
Thursdays 6:30 – 7:30 pm Starting January 5th
Cost: 1 x week $62.50
Cost: 2 x week $120.00

Classes are geared towards competitive athletes participating in power sports including Basketball, Rugby, Hockey, Lacrosse and Soccer where explosive power, speed, agility, core strength and endurance are a factor in game situations. Classes will use a variety of fitness methods including plyometrics, interval training, high intensity circuit training and body weight exercises using a variety of equipment including jumping boxes, cones, ladders, medicine balls, stability balls, bosu balls and bands. All classes are taught by a certified personal trainer and Youth Fitness Specialist with experience working with young athletes.

BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE PILATES CLASSES
10 week session
Tuesdays 7:00 – 8:00 pm
Starting January 10th
Cost: $ 90.00 + HST

Pilates is a system of strengthening and stretching exercises designed to develop the body's core, mobilize the spine and build flexibility. The objective of the class is improved range of motion, increased flexibility, better circulation, improved posture and abdominal strength.
INDOOR CYCLING
10 Week Sessions
Mondays 12:00 – 12:45 pm Starting January 9th
Wednesdays 12:00 – 12:45 pm Starting January 11th
Cost: 1 x week $80 + HST
Cost: 2 x week $150 + HST

This is a small group indoor cycling class for the beginner/intermediate level cyclist. Space is limited. Due to the limit on the class size, Members wanting to do the class MUST STILL REGISTER in advance.
ZUMBA CLASSES
10 week sessions
Tuedays 6:00 – 7:00 pm Starting January 10th
Saturdays 9:00 – 10:00 am Starting January 14th
Cost: 1 x week $60
Cost: 2 x week $120
ZUMBA is the only Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music, and contagious steps to form a "fitness-party" that is downright addictive. Come join the party!

DRYLAND TRAINING
Dryland Training is a strength and conditioning program designed to develop hockey players who are stronger, faster, more powerful, flexible, metabolically more efficient and less prone to develop injuries. Trainers are Certified Personal Trainers and Youth Fitness Specialists with experience working with young athletes. Options include team, small group or personal training.
